For more than 20 years, I’ve sat with people behind closed doors as they’ve wrestled with burnout, depression, addiction, strained relationships, and the quiet fear that the life they’ve built is no longer working. As a speaker, I bring those conversations into the open—helping people better understand themselves, reconnect with what matters, and create lives and workplaces where they can genuinely thrive.
I came to it because I know what it’s like to appear capable on the outside while struggling privately on the inside. I’ve faced cancer, depression, addiction, burnout, and seasons when the life I was living no longer felt aligned with the man I wanted to be. Those experiences taught me that resilience isn’t about pushing harder or pretending everything is fine. It begins with the courage to tell the truth.
For more than 20 years—and through more than 20,000 hours in the therapy room—I’ve helped people have the conversations that can change the direction of a life. I’ve sat with men afraid of losing their marriages, professionals who had achieved success but lost themselves along the way, and people carrying pain they believed they had to manage alone.
Over time, I realized these conversations shouldn’t remain confined to the therapy room. The stage allows me to bring them into workplaces, conferences, and communities where people are hungry for something more honest than another motivational speech or wellness checklist. I speak because the right story, told at the right moment, can help someone recognize what is no longer working—and give them the courage to choose a different way forward.
I bring the honesty and depth of the therapy room to the stage. My talks combine personal storytelling, psychological insight, practical tools, and humor to help audiences explore the human realities beneath performance, productivity, and professional success.
I don’t believe lasting change comes from giving people another checklist of things they should be doing. It happens when they recognize themselves in a story, see an old struggle from a new perspective, and discover a more honest way forward.
My goal is not simply to inform or inspire an audience for an hour. It is to create the kind of experience that stays with them long after they leave the room.
My goal is to create a room where people can lower their guard, recognize themselves in what is being said, and engage honestly with subjects they may rarely discuss. Through storytelling, humor, psychological insight, and practical application, I help audiences move beyond simply understanding an idea to seeing how it matters in their own lives.
Audiences leave with:
A clearer understanding of burnout, mental health, integrity, and sustainable well-being
Language for experiences they may have struggled to name
Practical tools they can apply in their work, relationships, and daily lives
A renewed sense of connection, possibility, and personal responsibility
The courage to begin conversations that matter
The result is an experience that feels deeply human, immediately relevant, and useful long after the event is over.

At heart, Chuck is a husband, father, friend, and fellow traveler who is still learning what it means to live with courage and integrity. He doesn’t speak from a place of having mastered life, but from the belief that none of us has to navigate its hardest parts alone.
If you’re looking for a speaker who brings honesty, warmth, and psychological depth to the stage, I’d be glad to learn more about your event and the people you hope to reach.
